We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Administrator to join a respected mining client based in Southbank. This temp ongoing position plays a key part in supporting end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers. This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to grow their career within mining.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications
- Prepare contracts, offer documentation, and onboarding packs
- Maintain accurate recruitment and employee records in internal systems
- Liaise with hiring managers and external providers to support recruitment activity
- Manage inboxes, reporting, and general administration for the Talent Acquisition team
- Assist with booking in and tracking of medicals for candidates
- Contribute to process improvement and candidate experience initiatives
About You:
- Previous experience in recruitment administration, HR, or a similar coordination role
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office and HR/recruitment systems
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Friendly, skilled, and adaptable within a team setting
- Experience within recruitment in a construction, mining or heavy industrial industry
