My Vitality Physio "MVP" is a well-established private allied health practice on the Gold Coast. MVP provides a wellness and high-performance model of care with the focus always on how to achieve the best possible functional outcomes and quality of life for our patients. We provide excellent care to a wide range of patients from children to elderly, from sedentary to active and from novice exercisers and weekend warriors to world class elite athletes. We have purpose-built rehabilitation and functional performance training gyms within each of our two clinics, one located within a busy medical centre in Hope Island and one standalone practice in the beautiful Salacia Waters precinct in Paradise Point. Our team are positive, professional, supportive, proactive, customer focused and health focused.

About the role

You would become an important part of our team of like-minded health professionals providing excellent customer care to the Gold Coast Community. There is a wonderful variety in the patients we help, so our aim is to support you in developing and maintaining a busy caseload with a large percentage of your ideal clients.

Our allied health professionals have experience and training in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, women's health, men's health, occupational health, sports physiotherapy, NDIS client treatment/rehabilitation, hydrotherapy, dry needling, exercise physiology, Remedial Massage, Pilates, Sports Science and strength and conditioning. Your role will be to use your expertise and skills to build a busy caseload and a thriving wellness community.

Skills and experience

Exciting opportunities exist within our growing private clinics for exceptional physiotherapists. We are looking for growth-minded, confident, driven, high achievers to be part of our dynamic team of health professionals providing an excellent service to the Gold Coast community. You would be mentored by an experienced APA titled sports physiotherapist with over 28 years' experience, the majority of which has been in private practice and high-performance sport, along with a team of experienced physiotherapists, exercise physiologists, Srength and Conditioning coaches and a Sports Scientist. We are happy to discuss full time, part time, casual, and self-employed contract options.

APHRA registered physiotherapist

Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a qualified physiotherapist, although we would make exception for an exceptional new graduate.

Desirable but not essential requirements:

Training in massage therapy, sports trainer qualifications, sports coverage

Business, sales and marketing experience

Pay commensurate with level of experience and qualifications.
