The Opportunity

Working alongside experienced Project and Site teams, you'll help coordinate site activities, maintain quality and programme, and build your career on technically challenging, high-rise residential projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with the day-to-day coordination of site activities to ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard.
- Work closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager to monitor construction progress and resolve on-site issues.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and consultants to maintain productivity and programme milestones.
- Review drawings and specifications, managing RFIs, shop drawings and technical queries.
- Inspect works to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications and Australian Standards.
- Compile and maintain quality documentation and site records.
- Monitor quality assurance processes and project compliance.
- Assist with short-term programming, site planning and construction sequencing.
- Support procurement,



material scheduling and subcontractor coordination.

About You

- Degree in Civil, Structural Engineering or Construction Management.
- Experience as a Site or Project Engineer on commercial or multi-residential projects.
- Strong technical knowledge and ability to interpret construction documentation.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A proactive attitude with a genuine desire to develop your career.
