Thanks for considering a role at Luxe By Design. If you are successful in your application, your responsibilities will include:

Ensuring deliveries are well received, sales orders are processed, packed and dispatched in an efficient, effective, and timely manner.

Safely and effectively utilising our specialised bath lifting machine.

Scheduling and organising the delivery of products.

Actively participating in stock takes and cycle counts, identifying discrepancies in stock levels to ensure accurate inventory management.

Operate a forklift and dedicated lifting machine safely and efficiently.

Working in a safe, organised, and systematic manner adhering to our WHS procedures.

Unloading containers ensuring all goods received in full and are in acceptable condition, noting any goods that are not up to standard.

General Warehouse maintenance and the regular purchasing of warehouse related goods and packing materials.

Periodical “Quality Control” checking products to maintain a high quality standard.

Stock rotation to ensure our stock follows the process “First In, First Out”. (FIFO)

Optimising warehouse layout, storage and workflow with the help from management.





About You

You have a minimum of 12 months of experience in a similar role.

You have a forklift licence.

You have a current driver's licence and the ability to drive a 4WD with a dual axle trailer.

You have good self-control and can avoid using your mobile phone in the designated warehouse space during work hours.

You are well organised and maintain a clean working environment.

You are fit and solid - some of our products are heavy. (trolleys and assistance are provided to make a safe work environment)

You possess basic computer literacy and attention to detail.

You are driven and self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills.

You are a good communicator who always acts with integrity and compassion.

Ability to work independently and manage your workload each day.
