Healthy North Coast is seeking a Senior Manager, Recovery, Healing and Practice Capability for a full time fixed-term role until 30 June 2028. Base location negotiable across Tweed Heads, Ballina, Coffs Harbour or Port Macquarie, with hybrid office/home work arrangements.
You will lead a large-scale capacity-building program to strengthen trauma-informed, culturally responsive practice across primary care, ACCHOs, health services and community partners, driving system-wide improvements.
