As your skills develop, you will also gain experience in patient communication, case presentation, treatment planning discussions, patient management, and coordinating laboratory work.

For the right candidate, this role offers an option to a clear pathway to grow into a Treatment Coordinator position, where you will play an integral role in guiding patients through their treatment journey, helping them understand their options, and supporting them in achieving their smile goals.
