We are looking for a bright, friendly, and motivated Trainee Service Concierge / Service Advisor to join our Yallah dealership team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a career in the automotive industry, servicing a broad range of vehicles including dual cab 4x4s, sports cars, EVs, and hybrids.
About the Role
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for supporting our customers throughout their ownership period and delivering an outstanding experience. You’ll work closely with a qualified, energetic, and motivated team, learning all aspects of customer service while contributing to dealership performance.
What You Will Do
- Support and assist customers throughout their ownership experience over several years
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide personalised service
- Learn to manage customer follow-up,
problem solving and service documentation
- Collaborate with the service team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Develop your automotive product knowledge across multiple brands

- A natural 'people’s person' with a desire to exceed customer expectations
- Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not essential; full training will be provided
