Your Role as a Swim Teacher

As a Swim Teacher at Superfish Swim Schools, you will play a crucial role in developing swimming skills and water safety awareness in your students. Your enthusiasm and expertise will inspire learners of all ages to embrace the water with confidence.





You’ll have the opportunity to create fun and engaging lesson plans, adjust to the varying skill levels of your students, and provide constructive feedback to help them progress. From toddlers learning their first water skills to adults improving technique, you’ll help students build confidence and essential life-saving skills.

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking energetic, passionate, and dedicated individuals who have a genuine love for swimming and teaching. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and are committed to making a difference, we want to hear from you!

- Previous experience in teaching swimming or a similar role is preferred.
- Availability to work both weekday and weekend shifts.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with students.
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching.
- Recognised Swim Teacher qualification, Blue Card, and current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
- We welcome applicants who are passionate about swimming and willing to obtain the required Swim Teacher qualifications.
