NSW Health is seeking a Clinical Nurse Educator for the Neurosurgical/Trauma Close Observation Unit at Westmead Hospital. You will lead education, design competency-based programs, and mentor staff in a high-acuity setting to enhance patient safety and care quality.

You will collaborate with Nurse Managers and educators to advance clinical practice and implement evidence-based initiatives, contributing to professional development and continuous improvement across the unit.
