You will support Aboriginal people to navigate the health system, access coordinated care, and connect with services close to home in a culturally secure, person-centred way.

Working with a dedicated team across ISLHD, you’ll build trusted relationships, advocate for patients, and contribute to better long-term health outcomes for Aboriginal
