We are seeking a driven lawyer to join our expanding Family Law team. This is a strong career development opportunity, working alongside experienced professionals in a cooperative, up-to-date environment with ongoing mentoring.

About the Role

You will manage your own files with guidance from senior practitioners. Matters include:

- Property settlements
- Divorce applications
- Family violence matters
- Mediation and dispute resolution
- Court appearances

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- 2-3 years' PAE with at least two years in Family Law
- The ability to manage files independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong drafting, negotiation and organisational skills
- Proactive, professional and client-focused approach
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively




- Mandarin language skills will be highly regarded but are not essential
