We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as the Workshop Foreman at our Mawsons Colinroobie Engineering Workshop.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for planning, prioritising and allocating work, while overseeing the safe and productive completion of workshop tasks.



The successful candidate will lead and supervise workshop crews, monitor safety and compliance requirements, maintain quality standards, and ensure work is completed to a high standard and within required timeframes.

Previous supervisory experience and a relevant trade background (Fabrication/Fitting/Mechanical)

A positive attitude, good work ethic and the ability to foster a teamwork environment

Effective written and verbal communication skills

HRW Forklift (LF) licence / or Dogman

HR Class Licence
