An exciting opportunity now exists for an enthusiastic and motivated Service Manager to lead our successful Toyota and Isuzu UTE dealership in Muswellbrook.

About the Role

Lead, coach and develop a skilled team of technicians and service professionals.

Drive departmental performance, productivity and profitability.

Deliver an outstanding customer experience from booking through to vehicle collection.

Oversee workshop workflow, scheduling and daily operations.

Grow customer retention and promote the dealership's aftersales services.

Foster a positive, accountable and high-performance team culture.

About You





Proven leadership experience within an automotive service workplace.

Mechanical trade qualifications and dealership experience (preferred).

Strong commercial awareness with the ability to drive results.

Excellent communication, organisational and people leadership skills.

Experience with TUNE or a similar Dealer Management System (highly regarded).

A proactive attitude, strong customer focus and genuine pride in your team's performance.

A current driver's licence.
