We are seeking an organised, multi-skilled professional to join our Seven Hills team.
The Role
This is adiverse, hands-onrole that combines purchasing, logistics coordination, accounts administration, and parts interpretation, making it idealfor someone whoenjoys varietyandtakes pride inkeeping business operationsrunning smoothly.
Working closely withour sales, warehouse, and management teams, you'll play akey role inensuring our customersreceiveoutstanding servicewhile supporting theday-to-dayoperations of thebusiness.
Key Responsibilities:
Parts Interpretation: Identify and interpret machinery and spare parts requirements from technical drawings, technician and client requests. Prepare quotations and process sales orders
Purchasing: Process and manage all purchase orders,
including freight coordination. Keep sales, service, factory and engineering teams updated with delivery schedules to keep project timelines operating smoothly
Accounts Officer: Process accounts payable/receivable, reconcile invoices, and maintain financial records.
About You:
Proven experience in a multi-faceted role spanning purchasing and/or parts interpretation.
Background in engineering, industrial, or mechanical spare parts is highly regarded.
Basic accounting and bookkeeping knowledge.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
High attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks seamlessly.
