Membership Consultant - World Gym Ipswich

World GymIpswich are currently seeking energetic, high performing Membership Consultants to take the next step in their career!

In this position you'll be selling the best product in the "WORLD" - FITNESS.

The role involves prospecting, touring, closing and getting referrals for future sales. You will actively seek current business for the club, representing the Gym in a positive and professional manner.

As a Membership Consultant your primary responsibility will be achieving individual and team goals and targets as set out by the Directors and Club Managers.





To be successful you must:

- Possess excellent communication skills
- Have previous experience in a similar role
- Experience in working to KPI's (Key Performance Indicators)
- Have a passion for health and fitness
- Enjoy helping people start their goals
- Experience in Pro Active Lead Generation and outreach
- Be seekingfull time workand able to work weekends
- Be flexible with work hours and accommodating to arotating roster
- Be able to work alone as well as in a team environment
- Sales trainingwith loads more on the job training

We also provide our Membership Consultants with daily meetings & catch-ups, ongoing monthly sales training and quarterly awards and launches.
