Lead Educator

Lead Educators are responsible for guiding a room with creativity and confidence, mentoring team members, and ensuring high‑quality educational programs.

Responsibilities

- Lead curriculum planning and program delivery for children aged 0–5 years
- Mentor and support Assistant Educators
- Foster inclusive, engaging, and safe learning environments
- Build strong partnerships with families and the wider community
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and centre standards

Qualifications & Attributes

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- Current Blue Card
- Leadership experience and robust curriculum knowledge
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
