The role
Based at our expanding head office, you’ll be part of our reservations team, delivering outstanding service and ensuring every hire runs smoothly.
What you’ll do
- Respond promptly to reservation enquiries from phone, email and website
- Create and manage bookings in our IT platform
- Communicate with customers about all aspects of their hire (quotes, changes, extensions, returns)
- Liaise closely with our branches and workshops to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service
