About the role – Door Assembler

We are seeking Door Assemblers to join our production team, focusing on the assembly of our new range of multi‑piece kitchen doors as part of our manufacturing process.

Your primary responsibility will be hands‑on assembly work, putting together door components accurately and efficiently on a repetitive basis to meet production targets.





Key duties will include:

- Assembling multi‑piece kitchen doors using hand tools and jigs according to work instructions and quality standards
- Handling and preparing components (e.g. rails, panels and profiles) ready for assembly
- Using basic hand tools (such as drills, screwdrivers, clamps and measuring devices) safely and correctly
- Inspecting assembled doors for quality, accuracy and finish, and addressing any minor adjustments or rework
- Working as part of a production line to ensure smooth workflow and on‑time order completion
- Following all safety procedures, housekeeping requirements and standard operating procedures

Your new position will commence with full training and support from experienced team members to help you gain an understanding of our products, processes and quality expectations.

Day shift runs from 6:30am to 2:36pm Monday to Friday

Afternoon Shift runs from 2:30pm to 10:36pm Monday to Friday

Night shift runs from 10:30pm to 6:36am Sunday to Thursday

About you

To succeed in this role you will:

Be comfortable with repetitive, hands‑on work assembling products throughout your shift

Be familiar with basic hand tool operation, or willing to learn quickly with training provided

Have previous experience in a production, assembly or warehouse workplace (an advantage, not essential)

Have excellent attention to detail, quality and safety

Be physically fit to undertake manual and repetitive tasks, including standing for long periods and handling door components

Be reliable, punctual and motivated to do your best every day

Be able to follow written and verbal instructions and work effectively in a team environment

As part of the selection process, applicants must be prepared to undergo a pre‑employment medical examination which includes functional, audiometric, vision, drug and alcohol testing.
