The Opportunity
Joining Back In Motion means being part of a team that’s committed to making a difference in the lives of our clients. Whether you're helping someone get back to their best or supporting our team in delivering top-tier care, your role is integral to our success.
We are currently seeking a committed and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our thriving clinic on a casual basis.
This role will involve 2-3 afternoons a week, ideally suiting an individual who can offer flexibility as our clinic needs evolve. We are more than happy to be reasonably versatile in our roster to support the right candidate.
Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Greeting clients with a warm and friendly smile, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Managing appointment bookings, client queries,
and payments with efficiency and professionalism.
- Providing administrative support to our team of physiotherapists and allied health professionals.
- Assisting with clinic organisation, including maintaining a clean and tidy reception area.
- Handling phone and email correspondence promptly and effectively.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- A genuine passion for customer service and helping people.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with practice management software is a bonus.
- Reliability, flexibility, and a proactive attitude.
