What We Offer
This is a full-time position based in Cairns, with some travel throughout the Lower Gulf of Carpentaria region.
Salary Range: ($61,958 - $72,852) per annum depending on qualifications and experience

The Opportunity
Working under the direction and supervision from the Senior Finance Officer, as the Corporate Services & Project Support Officer, you will provide high level administrative support to CLCAC’s projects and programs, including attending to travel and meeting logistics, undertaking procurement of services and supplies and assisting with the management of CLCAC’s vehicle and vessel fleets.
To be successful in this role you will be someone with exceptional organisation and communication skills, be committed to team success and able to think creatively to solve problems.
Key Areas of Responsibilities include
- Procurement of Goods and Services;
- Coordination of Travel and Meeting Logistics;
- Assisting with Asset Management, including Motor Vehicle and Vessel Fleets; and
- General administration duties of the Corporate Unit.
- Certificate 3 in Business Administration
- MYOB Competency
- High level skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook);
- Prior experience in procurement and arranging meeting and travel logistics
- Open Manual C Class Driver’s Licence
- Certificate 4 or higher in Business Administration.
