As part of Investment Banking and Capital Markets, our Investment Banking division delivers the full suite of products and advisory services of a leading global investment bank. Your key responsibilities:

Supporting execution of investment banking transactions (including M&A; and strategic advisory) across infrastructure, power, transport, data centres & utilities

Managing and mentoring Analysts, leading workstreams and ensuring consistently high‑quality outputs across analysis, presentations and client deliverables

Supporting origination activities by identifying client opportunities, contributing to pitch development and presenting alongside senior team members

Overseeing valuation analysis, financial modelling, due diligence processes and transaction execution workstreams

Over time, build sector competence in a variety of I&U; sub‑sectors including airports, ports, regulated utilities, toll roads, power generation, digital infrastructure (data centres, fibre) and core+ infrastructure (logistics, waste management etc.)

Your skills and experience:

A minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in investment banking, infrastructure investing, corporate advisory, or a corporate finance role within an infrastructure or utilities business

Exposure to transaction execution and/or complex strategic, financing or investment processes within at least one core infrastructure, utilities or digital infrastructure sub‑sector

Strong commercial judgement and analytical capabilities,



with an ability to assess assets, business models, regulatory frameworks and investment risks

Well‑developed financial literacy, including experience with financial models, valuations or investment analysis, and the ability to translate technical outputs into clear strategic insights

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging senior internal stakeholders and investment partners

Interest in infrastructure thematics, energy transition and emerging sector trendsA highly motivated, self‑driven mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high‑quality work across complex, deadline‑driven or transaction‑oriented assignments
