About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Ecommerce & Digital Coordinator to take control of our ecommerce operations and help drive the commercial performance of our online business.

This is a hands-on role that combines Opencart management, ecommerce merchandising, digital marketing coordination, inventory management, campaign execution and conversion optimisation. You'll ensure our online store is accurate, engaging and operating at peak performance while working closely with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Customer Service and IT.

You'll be responsible for managing product information and inventory accuracy, maintaining website content and identifying opportunities to improve the customer journey from first visit through to repeat purchase.

Key Responsibilities

Ecommerce & Inventory Management

- Manage Opencart product uploads, product launches and merchandising activities.
- Maintain accurate product information, pricing, inventory and website content.
- Coordinate ecommerce inventory updates with internal teams to ensure stock accuracy.
- Maintain product categories, collections, navigation and product merchandising.
- Monitor website functionality and elevate technical issues to developers or agency partners.
- Support ongoing website maintenance and content improvements.
- Coordinate product photography workflow and digital asset requirements.
- Continuously improve the customer journey across the Opencart store.
- Assist with optimisation of landing pages, product pages and promotional campaigns.




- Support A/B testing and conversion optimisation initiatives.
- Review website performance using analytics, customer behaviour and ecommerce reporting.

Identify Opportunities to Improve

- Website conversion rate
- Cart conversion
- Checkout completion
- Repeat customer revenue

Reporting & Analysis

- Report on ecommerce performance, customer behaviour and digital marketing activity.

About You

You'll bring strong ecommerce experience together with exceptional organisation, commercial thinking and digital marketing knowledge.

You enjoy improving systems, solving problems and finding opportunities to increase online performance while ensuring operational excellence.

Skills & Experience

- Opencart
- Ecommerce merchandising and inventory management
- Website content management
- GA4 and ecommerce reporting
- WordPress or other CMS platforms
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management
- Writing marketing copy and creative briefs
- Working with developers, designers and digital agencies
- Excellent analytical, organisational and communication skills

The Application

This is a Permanent Full time position except for a 6 month probation period (maybe be extended).
Normal working hours are Monday to Friday from 6.30am to 4pm which includes overtime hours and penalty rates.
