About the role

Pacific Motor Group is seeking an experienced Parts Retail Manager to join our agile team. As the Parts Retail Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our parts department, ensuring effective inventory management, exceptional customer service, and the development of a high-performing team.

This full-time role is a critical position within our organisation, contributing to the overall success of our automotive business.

What you'll be doing

- Manage the parts department, including inventory control, stock replenishment, and pricing strategies
- Provide exceptional customer service, handling enquiries and orders in a timely and professional manner
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of parts specialists, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Develop and implement strategies to grow parts sales and increase customer loyalty
- Prepare and analyse department reports, identifying opportunities for improvement and driving operational efficiencies
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with the wider Pacific Motor Group team to achieve overall business objectives

What we're looking for





- Extensive experience (5+ years) in a parts retail or automotive parts management role
- Proven track record of leading and motivating a high-performing team
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient in inventory management, stock control, and parts ordering systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant industry qualifications or certifications are highly desirable
