Make a meaningful difference, every day.
At Autism Partnership Australia, we’re passionate about supporting children with autism to live their best lives, and we know that starts with the people who support them. Our Behaviour Therapists play a vital role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based intervention that empowers children to reach their potential.

About the Role
We’re currently recruiting Behaviour Therapists to join our highly rewarding team.
Join our early intervention team, supporting young children through fun and engaging ABA programs. You’ll work in a vibrant, collaborative environment, helping children develop important communication, play, and daily living skills. These positions are centre-based, with travel to kindergartens and client homes as required.
We have vacancies for both experienced Behaviour Therapists and those starting their careers. Full training and ongoing supervision are provided.
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for people who:
- Use a fun and friendly approach to build positive relationships with children
- Have a adaptable, creative approach to learning and play
- Can stay calm and compassionate through moments of challenging behaviour
- Are responsive to feedback and eager to keep learning
- Are organised, with strong sense of professionalism
- Can work independently and as part of a supportive team
- Are comfortable caring for, and supporting the wellbeing of children (including the development of daily living skills)
- Are committed to child safety and family-centred practice
- Hold (or are willing to obtain) a Working With Children Check and Police Check
- Have a driver’s licence and access to reliable transport (highly desirable) to support working with children in schools, homes and the community
Experience working with children (especially early childhood or school-aged) is highly regarded, but not essential.
Why Join Autism Partnership?
- 4-day work week for full-time staff!
- Extensive onboarding, training and supervision from experienced clinicians
- A positive, professional and passionate team culture
- A clear pathway for growth and development within a respected and expanding organisation
We’re committed to diversity and inclusion.
Autism Partnership Australia values the unique backgrounds, experiences and perspectives that each person brings to our team.
