Operations Manager - IT Project Installations

With growth in both industries, we are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Installation / Operations Manager to join our leadership team.

About the role

As Operations Manager of IT installations, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end operational delivery, with a focus on:

Lead and project manage the deployment of IT solutions, overseeing day-to-day installation activities to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery

Take ownership of end-to-end operational execution, from planning through to implementation, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders

Maintain strong oversight of administrative functions, including project documentation, reporting, scheduling, and process compliance

Ensure quality control across all installations and operational activities, upholding company standards and complying with relevant regulations and policies

Coordinate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of installation projects

Manage the end-to-end supply chain, including procurement, inventory control,



and international freight coordination, ensuring the efficient and timely availability of equipment.

Developing and implementing operational strategies to improve productivity, efficiency and customer satisfaction

This role requires a balance of strategic oversight and hands-on involvement, with a strong focus on operational excellence, attention to detail, and effective stakeholder management.

About you

Extensive experience in an installation or operations role within the Information & Communication Technology industry, with a hands-on approach to delivery and problem-solving

Demonstrated ability to actively manage project timelines, resources, and risks across multiple installations, maintaining close involvement in day-to-day execution

Robust problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking skills, with a practical, hands-on mindset

Proven ability to foster a cooperative, high-performing environment, leading by example and engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels through excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in the use of relevant business management software and data analysis tools to support operational performance and decision-making

Highly detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy, quality, and thoroughness across all tasks
