We are looking for professionals who are committed to providing high-quality education and care in a safe, nurturing and engaging environment.

Centre Manager / Nominated Supervisor

The successful applicant will:

- Lead and support educators to deliver high-quality care
- Oversee the daily operations of the service
- Maintain compliance with the National Quality Framework
- Build positive relationships with children, families and staff




- Support enrolment growth and continuous improvement
- Demonstrate strong leadership, organisation and communication skills

Previous management or leadership experience within an early childhood service is highly regarded.

General Requirements

Successful applicants will require:

- A valid NSW Working With Children Check
- Current approved First Aid, CPR, asthma and anaphylaxis training, or willingness to obtain them
- Current child protection training
- Strong knowledge of child-protected practices
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A commitment to creating a warm and inclusive environment
