We're partnering with an ambitious Sydney MSP that's doing things differently. Instead of bouncing between random tickets all day, you'll become the Primary Systems Engineer for your own portfolio of businesses. You'll know their environments inside out, guide their technology roadmap, deliver projects, solve complex issues and become the person they call first.

You’ll spend time in the office, onsite with clients and working remotely, with plenty of variety and the opportunity to make a genuine impact.

What you'll be doing...

You'll become the technical owner for a portfolio of clients by:

- Building trusted relationships with customers
- Delivering Level 2 and Level 3 technical support




- Leading client onboarding and technology uplift projects
- Maintaining documentation and technical standards
- Supporting account managers with technical advice and roadmap planning
- Managing onsite visits, technical reviews and preventative maintenance
- Working across projects, escalations and continuous improvement initiatives
- Helping clients get the most from their technology

No two days are the same.

We're looking for someone with experience across:

- Apple Mac environments
- Microsoft 365 and Entra ID
- Google Workspace
- PSA platforms such as HaloPSA, ConnectWise or Freshdesk
- Documentation platforms including IT Glue, Hudu or Confluence
- Networking fundamentals including switches, WiFi and firewalls
- Remote management tools such as Jamf, Addigy or Datto RMM
- Cloud VoIP platforms
- Conference room and meeting room technology

Most importantly, you're someone who enjoys talking to people as much as solving technical problems.
