The Role

As the Queensland Project & Sales, you'll be responsible for identifying current opportunities, developing relationships and growing market share across the commercial playground sector.

Your customers will include:

- Local councils
- Landscape architects
- Playground equipment manufacturers
- Civil and landscape contractors
- Schools and education providers
- Developers and recreation specialists

You'll work closely with key decision-makers from specification through to project completion,



positioning high-quality safety surfacing solutions that deliver compliance, durability and long-term value.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing new business opportunities across Queensland
- Building relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Managing project opportunities from specification through to completion
- Working with contractors, designers and consultants to secure specifications
- Delivering product presentations and technical advice
- Maintaining a healthy sales pipeline through proactive business development
- Representing the business at industry events and networking opportunities
- Providing accurate sales forecasting and market intelligence

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

- Proven Business Development or Account Management experience
- Previous experience within the playground industry is essential
- Existing relationships with councils, landscape architects, contractors or playground manufacturers will be highly regarded
- Experience selling specification-based or project-driven solutions
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- A self-motivated, autonomous approach to territory management
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- A genuine passion for winning new business and developing long-term partnerships
