Your Day-to-Day

- Deliver tailored lending strategies and exceptional customer service across a broad range of lending solutions




- Manage clients from initial enquiry through to settlement and ongoing relationship management
- Structure and recommend residential, commercial, agribusiness, and equipment finance solutions where appropriate
- Work closely with our administration and processing team to deliver a seamless client experience
- Build and nurture relationships with clients, referral partners, and local communities
- Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships by supporting multiple lending needs throughout their financial journey
- Stay up to date with lender policies, industry trends, and market developments
- Maintain compliance with NCCP, BID, and MFAA/FBAA standards
- Contribute to a positive, cooperative team culture focused on continuous improvement and client outcomes

What You Bring

- Minimum 2+ years' experience as a Mortgage Broker
- Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (Diploma preferred)
- Strong understanding of lender policy, loan structuring, and credit assessment
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage your own pipeline while working collaboratively within a team environment
- A growth mindset and willingness to continually develop your skills across multiple lending disciplines
- Experience with Mercury, ApplyOnline, SalesTrekker, or similar CRM and lodgement platforms (preferred)
- A genuine passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals
- Desire to be part of a high performing, client focused business with strong values and culture
- Experience in commercial, agribusiness, or equipment finance is advantageous but not essential, with training and mentorship available for the right candidate.
