We are seeking an experienced and driven Account Manager to join our team at National Workforce in Padstow, NSW. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for managing and developing solid relationships with our key clients. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and ensuring our clients' needs are met.

What you'll be doing

- Manage a portfolio of key client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring exceptional service delivery
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within your client base to drive revenue growth
- Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet client requirements
- Effectively communicate client feedback and insights to internal stakeholders to shape product and service development
- Accurately forecast sales and revenue, and report on key performance metrics
- Collaborate with the broader sales team to share best practices and support the achievement of company goals

What we're looking for

- Minimum 2 years' experience in an account management or client-facing sales role, preferably within the labour hire industry




- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a portfolio of key client accounts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels
- Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills to identify and deliver tailored solutions
- Proficient in using CRM systems to manage account information and sales activities
