Junior Content Creator — Identified Role

Exciting role. No experience required. Training provided. Candidates must reside in Zenadth Kes (Torres Strait). This role is open to Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander candidates. Applicants outside of the region will not be considered.

Are you a creative storyteller who loves social media and creating meaningful content?

Lola Digital is an award-winning Indigenous creative agency based on Waiben in the Torres Strait and we're looking for a Junior Content Creator to join our deadly team. This position is Full-time, however we're happy to consider Part-time arrangements for the right candidate.

You’ll work alongside our content creators to:

- Write engaging copy, tailored for social media platforms
- Design and develop social media graphics for us and our clients
- Photograph & capture events across the region and abroad
- Draft media releases and digital campaigns for us and our clients





We’re after someone who:

- Has incredible work ethic and is organised, reliable and eager to learn
- Loves writing and visual storytelling
- Enjoys working in Canva, Adobe (not essential), Apple products, social media, and Google tools
- Can represent Lola Digital with pride at events and community gatherings
- Current Driver’s Licence preferred, but not required
- Bonus points if you aren’t currently working and can start ASAP

This role is perfect for an emerging creative in the region, wanting to build a marketing career, learn the industry, develop skilled skills, and help shape how Torres Strait stories are shared across Australia.
