We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a leading organisation in Newcastle. You will be working on diverse projects across Commercial, Civil & Residential, valued up to $20M

Duties & Responsibilities:

As the lead Site Manager, you will be required to oversee all on-site works and teams including subcontractors and trades.

- Working closely with the Project Manager to meet program expectations,



including personnel costs and schedules
- Lead and oversee WHS & QA requirements
- Maintain documentation and reporting for stakeholders
- Coach and Mentor all employees including Subcontractors, Trades and Labourers

About you:

To be considered for this position you will need to have the following skills and experience;

- Demonstrated experience as a Site Manager on Commercial projects, valued over $5M
- Knowledge of Remediation works both Concrete and Civil
- Ability to coach and lead teams, including Apprentices and Subcontractors
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Relevant trade qualifications, Drivers licence
- Willingness to undertake police check and medicals
