About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a Client Services Coordinator, someone who loves details, thrives on variety, and knows how to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll be the connector between clients, suppliers, and our sales team. The one who makes sure every branded product gets delivered just right and right on time.

If you’re organised, have an eye for design, and love seeing creative projects come to life then this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Supporting the Sales Team – Source innovative products, prepare quotes, chase samples, and help turn creative ideas into client ready presentations.
- Coordinating Orders – Work closely with our production team from artwork approvals to production and delivery, you’ll make sure every job runs like clockwork.




- Client Communication – keep our clients updated and happy with clear, friendly communication and top-notch service.
- Supplier Liaison – chat with decorators, printers, and suppliers to confirm pricing, stock, and delivery timelines.
- Admin & Organisation – keep our CRM tidy, track orders, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
- Team Player Vibes – jump in where needed to help with current product launches, marketing projects, or team events.

- Who You Are: You’ve got killer organisational skills and can juggle multiple projects at once, because trust us there are a lot!
- You’re a great communicator — friendly, professional, and confident with clients and suppliers alike.
- You’re tech-savvy (bonus points if you’ve used a CRM or project management tool).
- You’ve got a keen eye for detail — nothing gets past you.
- You’re proactive, positive, and thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Experience in promotional products, marketing, print, or events? Is a must!
