We're looking for a Senior Internal Auditor to join our growing Internal Audit team within a dynamic, medium-sized Financial Services Group. This position is Brisbane based, however Gold or Sunshine Coast based candidates welcome to apply.

What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver end-to-end internal audits from planning through to reporting.
- Assess the effectiveness of governance, risk management and internal controls.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes and operational efficiency.
- Build strong relationships with business stakeholders across multiple functions.
- Prepare transparent, concise and commercially focused audit reports.
- Follow up agreed actions and monitor remediation progress.
- Contribute to the annual audit planning process and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Use data analytics and technology to enhance audit testing and deliver deeper business insights.
About You
- 3-6+ years' experience in Internal Audit, External Audit, Risk or Assurance.
- Experience within financial services, banking, wealth, insurance or lending environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- A desire to continuously learn and embrace new technology.
- Professional qualifications part or completed, such as CA, CPA, CIA or CISA will be highly regarded.
