About the Role
We’re looking for a Trade Store Manager to lead our Burleigh store. This is a hands‑on role with a great level of autonomy where you’ll run day‑to‑day operations, drive sales performance, and deliver exceptional service to our trade customers.
What You’ll Do
- Manage daily store operations with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Maximise sales through active lead generation and conversion
- Oversee inventory management and retail loss prevention
- Respond to customer needs with a solutions‑focused approach
- Drive performance against KPIs and revenue targets
What We’re Looking For
- Background in trade or plastering (highly regarded)
- Experience in hardware or trade retail (preferred)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proven ability to lead a team and manage operations
- Organised, hands‑on, and results‑driven
- Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain)
