We are seeking an experienced Workforce Coordinator to lead a team of Service Coordinators, drive workforce planning, and ensure protected, effective personal and connected services for our clients.
You will report to the Team Leader, lead a team of 8-10 Service Coordinators, and be pivotal in improving performance and client experiences while upholding CARE values.
