Design & Build Recruitment in Sydney is seeking an experienced Estimator for commercial fit-out and defence projects. You will prepare cost estimates, tender submissions and cost plans, working with delivery and leadership teams.

You'll review drawings, obtain pricing from subcontractors, conduct take-offs and identify value engineering opportunities while coordinating with project managers and clients through the tender process.
