MateCare is seeking motivated female support staff to join our team in Broken Hill. We provide 24-hour support across multiple clients and require availability across all 7 days, including public holidays, with essential overnight sleepover and active shifts.

Responsibilities include personal care, light domestic tasks, meal prep, assistive tech, community access, and 1:1 support, all while keeping clients secure and well. A friendly, patient, empathetic attitude is essential.
