“A” Players only! We are looking for a take charge, motivated, self-reliant Service & Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. You will have ample support, coaching and time to understand and master the various deliverables required.Working with our Senior Leadership team, this role reports directly to the Office Manager with daily access to business owners and leaders.

We would like to hire someone who is interested in a career, not a job, who wants to do the work and be recognized for a job well done. 2-3 years' experience in scheduling is preferred. The role and culture will require you to be very organized, flexible, adaptable, efficient and structured with a commitment to accuracy, deadlines and performance.

The Role

This job entails being fully responsible for the scheduling and monitoring of work issued to our field technicians, to ensure client delivery standards are met in line with contract terms, as well as handling customer service queries.

Job Scheduling for effective use of technician time

External & Internal Customer Service Delivery

Job Preparation

Among other things, you will be responsible for:

Client relationships and site information

Planning to ensure technicians have required stock/equipment for upcoming jobs

Maintain and Issue Maps for site instructions

Maintain office-based information registers

Answering incoming calls

General office admin tasks as required

Experience and proficiency

Works well in rapid-paced environments

Able to manage urgent bookings
