We're seeking a confident and customer-focused Senior Property Manager to take ownership of a well-maintained portfolio of approximately 150-180 properties within Brisbane's highly sought-after Inner East.
With a dedicated Property Management Administrator, Associate Property Manager, managed Virtual Assistants, and experienced leadership team behind you, you'll have the support and systems to focus on delivering exceptional service rather than being buried in administration.

About the Role
You'll be responsible for managing a quality residential portfolio while delivering an outstanding experience for landlords and tenants alike.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a portfolio of approximately 150-180 residential properties
- Building strong, long-term relationships with owners and tenants
- Delivering exceptional customer service and proactive communication
- Coordinating maintenance and resolving tenancy matters efficiently
- Conducting routine portfolio management in line with legislation
- Working closely with administration and leasing support teams
- Maintaining accurate records using industry-leading property management systems
- Contributing to a positive, high-performing team culture
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll bring:
- Previous experience as a Property Manager or Senior Property Manager
- Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate
- Strong knowledge of residential property management legislation and processes
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Outstanding organisational and time management abilities
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- A proactive, team-focused approach
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
