We manufacture a broad range of aluminium cans including classic, sleek, and slimline formats - including can-ends for the perfect seal. Our aluminium cans and ends production network spans six manufacturing sites across Australia and New Zealand.

With unique in-house innovation, design, and digital decoration capability, the role we play in marketing our customers' brands is always front of mind. It motivates us to design and produce cans with 360-degree, high impact decoration that stands out on the shelf. We lead the market with cutting-edge design and decoration solutions for customers in categories including carbonated soft drinks, beer, energy drinks, alcohol ready-to-drink and kombucha.

The Role

We're looking for an experienced HSE Advisor to partner with our Revesby manufacturing site and help drive a strong safety culture. Working closely with operational leaders, you'll provide practical HSE support,



influence safe behaviours, and play a key role in ensuring safety remains a core focus across the site.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with leaders to build accountability and ownership for safety outcomes.
- Provide expert advice on health, safety and environmental matters.
- Support risk management, incident investigations and corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, standards and company requirements.
- Lead and support site audits, inspections and governance activities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen safety culture and engagement.

About You

- Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (or equivalent).
- Experience in a manufacturing, industrial or high-risk operational environment.
- Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and safety management systems.
- Proven ability to influence and coach stakeholders at all levels.
- Practical, hands-on approach with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
