Link Airways and Corporate Air provide airline and air charter services to customers in eastern and southern Australia.

We are currently seeking a suitably experienced Customer Service Officer to join our FBO team based at Brisbane Airport.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a close-knit team where no two days are the same. You will play an important role in creating a welcoming and skilled experience for our passengers while supporting the safe and efficient operation of our flights.

About the Role

- Providing warm and exceptional customer service at the check-in counter and departure gate.
- Assisting passengers throughout their journey, including those requiring special assistance.
- Preparing aircraft catering and ensuring onboard supplies are correctly loaded.
- Maintaining operational documentation and airline records.
- Performing general workplace housekeeping to maintain a safe, clean and professional environment.
- Working closely with flight crew, ground staff and operational teams to ensure flights depart safely and on time.
- Delivering the warm, friendly service that regional aviation is known for.

About You





- Previous airline or customer service experience (airline experience highly regarded).
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for customer service.
- A polished and qualified presentation, maintaining a high standard of grooming at all times.
- A strong commitment to safety and a positive safety culture.
- The ability to work effectively within a small team while also being confident working independently.
- A flexible attitude with the ability to adapt to changing operational priorities and disruptions.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail when managing operational and regulatory documentation.
- A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to assist wherever required.
