Scott Technology Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled and reliable Plant Operator to join our team on a full-time basis at our St Marys, NSW site. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient manufacture of resin and gelcoat products .

Key responsibilities

- Operate high shear mixers, forklift, shakers and stirrers, within safety protocols
- Weigh and measure materials, following manufacturing procedures
- Manufacture products to specifications and quality standards
- Maintain accurate data entry records for record keeping processes
- Report stock levels and liaise with the Purchasing Officer
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety and environmental regulations
- Respond to and assist with maintenance issues as they arise
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment

What we’re looking for

- Proven experience as a Plant Operator within the manufacturing industry, preferably 2+ years
- Forklift license an advantage
- High level of technical knowledge of various plant and machinery equipment commonly used in manufacturing
- Strong understanding of health, safety and environmental regulations within the manufacturing sector




- Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and supervisors
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate operational records
- Reliability, punctuality and a solid work ethic
