We're a warm, family-oriented dental practice in the heart of the Hills District, and we're growing! We're looking for enthusiastic, positive, and caring people to join our amazing team across our Bella Vista and Baulkham Hills clinics.

Whether you already have dental experience or you're eager to start a rewarding career in the dental industry, we'd love to hear from you. Training will be provided for the right person!

What You'll Be Doing

- Welcoming patients with a friendly smile and making them feel at home.
- Assisting our Dentists chairside during a variety of dental procedures.
- Sterilising instruments and ensuring our treatment rooms are clean, safe, and ready for every patient.
- Delivering exceptional patient care and creating a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
- Managing reception duties, including answering calls, booking appointments, and processing payments.





What We're Looking For

- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping people.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional presentation and a friendly, caring approach.
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn.
- Dental experience is a bonus—but not essential!
- Someone who lives locally.
- Availability to work some evenings and weekends.
