Our dedicated administration, leasing, inspection and trust accounting support allows our Property Managers to focus on providing an exceptional experience for landlords and tenants.

About the Role

As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a residential portfolio while delivering outstanding service to both landlords and tenants.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing a portfolio of residential investment properties.

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants.

- Coordinating maintenance and repairs with trusted contractors.

- Conducting routine inspections and ensuring legislative compliance.

- Managing lease renewals, rent reviews and tenancy matters.

- Resolving tenancy issues, including QCAT applications and hearings,



professionally and efficiently.

- Working closely with our leasing, administration and trust accounting teams.

- Delivering exceptional customer service at every stage of the tenancy.

About You

You are someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional service and building strong client relationships.

You will have:

- A current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate or Real Estate Licence.

- Previous property management experience (preferred but not essential for the right candidate).

- Excellent communication and organisational skills.

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

- A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering premium customer service.

- The ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented team environment.

- A current driver's licence and reliable motor vehicle.
