Our three offices across the Sunshine Coast - Noosa, Coolum, Marcoola offer a full suite of services to clients with departments in property sales, permanent rentals, holiday management, commercial sales and asset management. Key responsibilities:

Nurture existing client relationships as part of a team

Maintain strong communication with both landlords and tenants





Delegate and oversee allocation of tasks and workflows to support team

Collaborate with support team to resolve customer queries promptly and effectively

Reporting and meeting workflow and personal KPI's

Liaise with owners regarding repairs and preventative maintenance in coordination with the administration team

Reporting to Management

Participate in team training and personal development

Skills & experience:

You are passionate, driven and have ambition to grow

Positive can-do attitude with an interest in self development

Strong knowledge of current legislation

Current Certificate of Registration

Computer literacy and skills of a high standard, including proficiency in using Microsoft and cloud based solutions.

Own well maintained vehicle essential
