Having established ourselves as one of South Australia's most trusted home improvement companies, we're now expanding our Queensland operations and are looking for an organised, customer-focused Scheduling Coordinator to join our growing team.

About the Position
This role is responsible for coordinating the scheduling of customer check measures and installations across Queensland, ensuring every project runs efficiently from sale through to completion.
You’ll work closely with the Production Manager, Sales Manager and our network of installers to deliver an outstanding customer experience while keeping operations running smoothly.
As our business grows, you’ll also assist with expanding our installer network by sourcing and onboarding quality subcontractors.
What You’ll Be Doing
Scheduling & Coordination
- Coordinate customer appointments for check measures and installations.
- Build efficient installer schedules that maximise productivity.
- Manage appointment changes and resolve scheduling conflicts quickly.
- Keep customers informed throughout the installation process.
- Coordinate installation dates with manufacturing and production timelines.
- Review contracts alongside the Sales Manager to ensure jobs are installation ready.
- Maintain accurate scheduling and job information within our CRM.
- Track project progress and ensure deadlines are achieved.
- Assist with resolving operational issues when required.
- Process customer payments where necessary.
Installer & Subcontractor Support
- Recruit and onboard new installation subcontractors as our Queensland team expands.
- Develop strong working relationships with existing installers.
- Support quality assurance and installer performance.
- Help maintain the high installation standards Just Quality is known for.
About You

Experience We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in scheduling, administration, project coordination or a similar role.
- Experience within construction, home improvement or trade-based industries is highly desirable.
- Exposure to working with subcontractors or installation teams is an advantage.
- Strong computer skills and confidence learning scheduling software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise competing tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
