Speech Pathologist - Paediatric & Adult Caseload
Caddens, 2747 (Clinic + Mobile) - Full-time

You'll manage a mixed caseload of clients across clinic, in-home, school and workplace settings - helping people communicate, connect and eat safely, and supporting them toward the goals that matter most in their daily lives. What you'll do
Conduct comprehensive speech, language, communication and swallowing assessments
Design evidence-based therapy plans tailored to each client's functional goals
Deliver therapy across clinic and community settings for both paediatric and adult clients
Support clients under NDIS, private and other funding models
Maintain clear clinical documentation and progress reports
Liaise with families, carers, support coordinators, educators and health professionals
Take part in case conferencing and multidisciplinary collaboration
Coach caregivers and support teams with practical, everyday strategies
Manage your caseload and travel efficiently across service areas
Clinical areas may include
Speech sound disorders
- language delay and developmental disorders
- autism support
- social communication
- fluency (stuttering)
- dysphagia and swallowing management
- cognitive-communication support
What you'll bring
Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology (or equivalent)
Registration or eligibility for membership with Speech Pathology Australia
Valid NSW Working With Children Check
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
Professional indemnity insurance
Experience across mixed paediatric and adult caseloads
Mobile or community-based therapy experience
Familiarity with NDIS processes and reporting
Strong clinical reasoning, assessment and interpersonal skills
Confidence working both independently and as part of a team
