The Opportunity

As the first person our clients meet, you'll play an essential role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment that aligns with our values of care, education and support.

This is a casual position where you'll be the friendly face of our clinic and a vital support to our clinical team, helping us deliver seamless, top-notch care to all of our patients.

Your role will include but not be limited to:

- Greeting clients warmly and managing front desk operations.
- Scheduling appointments and handling phone and email enquiries.
- Processing payments and managing health fund claims via HICAPS.
- Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring confidentiality.
- Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless clinic operations.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with allied health or medical reception experience,



but a positive attitude is by far the most important!We'd love to hear from those people who want to work in a dynamic and rapid-paced team environment, and who are confident in meeting deadlines and working to achieve team-based goals.

The successful candidate will have/be:

- At least 6 months' previous reception and/or administration experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work under pressure and multi-task with high attention to detail
- Comfortable using the Microsoft Office suite and patient booking systems
- Self-motivated and a team player who enjoys contributing to a team environment
