Cabinet Makers and Installers Needed for Residential Joinery

Workshop 28 is on the lookout for skilled and experienced Cabinet Makers and Installers to join our team at the Gold Coast Marine Precinct. These roles are ideal for someone who enjoys precision work and takes pride in producing high quality cabinetry for premium marine and residential fitouts. You'll play a key role in crafting components that are central to the success of our projects, working with a supportive and professional team.

What you’ll be doing:

Building and/or installing cabinetry and custom joinery in our factory for premium marine and residential fitouts

Reading and interpreting technical drawings and cutting lists

Operating machinery and hand tools with care and precision





Ensuring all work meets quality control standards

Supporting the production team to maintain workflow and deadlines

Keeping a clean, safe, and organised workspace

What we’re looking for:

Qualified, with minimum 5 years' experience in cabinet making or joinery

High attention to detail and craftsmanship

Solid understanding of factory production processes and installation techniques

Reliable, motivated, and a robust team player

Ability to read and follow detailed technical plans and specifications

Valid driver’s license and reliable transport
